An old Monument Tap Reseater in its original box.
Box lid says: 'Will cut a new seat in tap without removal. Tool automatically held central by inserting screwed cone into tap. Adjust depth of cut by milled nut.'
I have seen another example, this one appears to have additional pieces with it.
