Refund policy

Old Tools offer a 30 day money back guarantee on receipt of goods purchased from this website, so if you are not completely satisfied you may return the item within the time period. We do not accept items returned without the customer firstly making an arrangement with us to do so and secondly the customer receiving an acknowledgment from us to allow them to do so. The buyer is responsible for all postage return costs. We will not accept any liability for damage or loss caused by the carrier whilst items are in return transit, so for your own protection, we advise that you use a traceable service that provides product compensation for any losses or damages.

Damage to returned items that wasn't previously stated by the buyer in prior communications will be treated as return postal damage and as such the responsibility for any claim will be solely with the buyer, we will assist you in any way we can with verifying a claim with the shipping agent. The item should be returned in the condition that it arrived in along with the packaging. Failure to meet these requirements will invalidate the guarantee. Simply follow these requirements and you will receive a full refund for the item in question.
