The blade retains a very faint etching 'Spear & Jackson, Sheffield, Warranted Cast Steel, 25, Patent Machine Ground'.
This saw has a beautiful aged medallions 'Spear & Jackson, S J, Sheffield'.
An increasingly scarce opportunity to buy one of these lovely old saws.
