An old Mathieson infill smoothing plane with Mathieson cap iron and parallel plane iron.
This old antique plane is made by Mathieson of Glasgow, fitted with Rosewood infill handle and front bun.
Sole width: 63mm (2 1/2")
Sole Length: 218mm (8 5/8”)
Condition: rear handle has been repaired at some point in its history (reflected in price), pitting to sides and sole, please see photos for condition.
