Starrett Combination Set Rule, Protractor, Centre Head (USA).
Both the rule and the protractor are marked with the Starrett, Athol, Mass, USA markings with the rule marked 'No. 4' and the protractor 'No. 490'. The centre head has no markings, the locking nut looks the same as the protractor locking nut.
