A super, old, early, rare (we believe extremely rare) James Tree & Co Leather Tape Measure with a 30ft tape.
The cloth tape is marked out in feet and inches with just feet measurements on the rear of the tape.
According to the Science Museum Group, James Tree & Co manufactured 1851-1895.
