A nice old dovetailed shoulder plane made by Spiers Ayr with Rosewood infill and wedge.
This lovely old shapely plane has a good length replacement snecked cutting iron.
The front nose is marked 'Spiers Ayr' and partial visible 'Dovetailed'.
Sole width: 25mm (1")
Sole length: 204mm (8")
Condition: infill and side of plane are marked with the previous woodworkers name stamp, mouth is very slightly rounded, please see photos for condition
