A lovely old dovetailed shoulder plane with Rosewood infill and wedge made by Alex Matheson & Son Glasgow. Blade wedge and body are all marked with the same production mark ‘15’. Plane has some marks and pitting (see full description).
Sole width: 26mm
Condition: mouth is slightly round, body is marked with patches of pitting mainly to one side, wedge and infill are marked with the previous woodworkers name stamp. Please see photos for condition.
