An old, good looking 13 1/2 inch infill plane fitted with walnut infills and wedge.
The scroll shaped wedge also has a decorative bottom edge which adds a bit more elegance to the plane.
The plane is fitted with a Ward cap iron and a 5mm thick, 67mm (2 5/8 inch) wide I Sorby parallel plane iron with the Sorby Punch mark.
This plane has been given a small vee shaped window on the plane sides either end of the plane mouth.
Condition: the rear end of the plane has an old insignificant 15mm hair line crack and some denting (see photo), the plane blade has lots of life and a good clean cutting area, see photographs for general condition.
